This is what geneticists mean by coarseness of the face.  First of all you can have a big head compared to a child of the same age. If you plot the head circumference on the chart it will be higher than 90th percentile, sometimes 80th/90th percentile. You have this frontal bossing, you can have prominent eyes with deeply set eyes.  You can have prominent ridges with eyebrows that are thick and dark. You can have this nasal thickness with full nostrils, you can have fullness of the lower face, full lips, gap between the teeth, Not every LSD looks the same.
