This section relates to a group of rare disorders - mucopolysaccharidosis. Many pediatricians have never heard about this group of inborn errors of metabolism. They are a very special group of diseases affecting children worldwide, not confined to any region of the world, and it is an important group of diseases as there are really new developments on the treatment of this group of disorders.
