This issue does not claim to cover all the clinical aspects related to MPS. As well as the lack of a review on HCT, there are other areas and arguments not covered, such as dental and maxillary issues, treatment of tracheal narrowing and other deformities of the trachea, and the open question about the transition of care of the increasing number of pediatric patients to expert centres treating adult patients. Nevertheless, we think it reaches the objective of helping those clinicians and specialists who have a diagnostic suspicion or are taking care of an MPS patient. Our aim was also to illustrate the complex task of taking care of an MPS patient, which implies the need for training, study, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
